Gandhian Thought
Friday, June 1, 2007
To follow some methodology in pedagogy, the gandhian thought is very suitable. As the gandhian thought is based upon the truth and non violence. Nobody can argue against it. Gandhi led and represented the whole India with his satyagraha based upon these satya and ahimsa. He choosen these to demand and fight against the british raj to fetch the needy freedom to the Indians. We can rather call it as the unquestionable powerful moral weapon .

As soos as he came from South Africa to India in 1915 he travelled all over India and came to know the plights of the people . And made his main objectives as two folded . One was fighting against the british and another one is social reformation. His simplity , democratic leadership, principals of morality, religious life, initiation of challenging new tasks, not seeking power made him the great soul i.e., Mahatma.

He was used to read daily BhagavatGita. He got very much interest in Bhajans.
He stressed on the hindu muslim unity all the time. Whenever there was a threat to the hindu muslim unity he even became ready for the hunger strike. He is very dearer to all the people of the India. However the two nation theory proposed by Mohammad Ali Jinnah made Gandhiji upset. Then he oppossed it . As he was the straight forward personality.
